After using Paint, Paint.net and trying to convince myself that I could afford PhotoShop, I found PhotoFiltre and how glad I am that I did. It takes a while to find your way around everything and learn what the miriad of functions etc, but in a short time I had re-furbished a 53year old photo which was stained, torn, had folds in it and was generally in a poor condition, into a black and white photo which looks like it was taken today. A great little product, well done.
