I am a Photoshop CS3 user, but I have struggled with that program to put borders around my photos. Photofiltre 6.5.1 has helped me with a few simple steps to do the borders like I have always wanted! What an Awesome, simple but Effective Program! I'll be using this program a Lot and I will also be letting a bunch of people know just how much I Like this program!

It would be nice to have more filters and to deal with Layers in this program. Hopefully newer versions will do so!
